I don't have a lot of experience with it, yet, but many dog owners swear by this diet. I have read one wonderful (somewhat short and entertaining) "how to" book regarding this diet and may give it a shot if I am feeling courageous. If you are interested in feeding your dog a raw food diet, I recommend "Raw Dog Food"(Make it easy for you and your dog!) by Carina Beth MacDonald. A puppy could become ill if transitioned to quickly to a different food. I will send at least a weeks worth of puppy food with each puppy. If you will be changing the puppies food, please wean them from the food that they have been on (slowly decrease the amount in the mix as you increase the amount of the food you have decided to use).
